Basically, some chemists/ pathologists dumped stuff that they weren't suppose to dump in the sink and six years later, a fish got infected by the stuff and mutated to some freak monster, who learns to walk on land, then procedes to destroy the world.
Pretty chill S. Korean monster film. You should watch it!
