Bruno Mars' songs that simultaneously make me really happy and sad:
Marry You
Count On Me
Somewhere In Brooklyn
Just The Way You Fucking Are

aja! aja! FIGHTING!
so while I was writing my midterm paper for ethno, I got bored and decided to watch Grey's Anatomy. And holy crap!! it's soo addicting! and I'm not even done with the first episode of season one yet!! something tells me I'm not sleeping tonight haha. I also spent a considerable amount of time on facebook creating a new account for my little<3 ahh I'm pretty excited!! and plus I'm going to DC with friend this weekend aww yeahh :) this'll be my first mini-vacation away from home since school's started. AND it's on halloween weekend! I wish I had a costume...wait I do. pink kitty from three years ago =.=; but I'm not wearing that lmao. but yeah, GREY'S ANATOMY--
Christina Yang, the Asian intern, is absolutely hilarious xD. and mad competitive too...but I like that. I like competition/competitive people cause it means they're ambitious and reminds me of myself back in the day...
The other interns are okay, I really like the boss lady in charge of them tho haha:
"I have five rules, memorize them:
rule #1: don't bother sucking up, I already hate you. that's not gonna change
rule #2: nurses will page you, and you will run. your first shift starts now and lasts 48 hours. you're interns, you're nobody, bottom of the food chain. you write labs, run orders, work every single night until you drop. don't complain
rule #3: don't wake me unless your patient is actually dying
rule #4: the dying patient better not be dead when I get there
rule #5: when I move, you move"
This show makes me wanna go pre-med and become a doctor again >_<;
TECH '08 BIO-MED -- trust me, I'm almost a doctor ;D

♪ You're Gonna Be The Lucky One~♫
After all that we've been through,Sometimes you don't really want to yet you force yourself to, but in the end it always turns out to be worth it! I'm glad I went to Murphy & Gonzalez with Dr. Rosenfeld and crew :) Also, I'm into avocados.
I will make it up to you. I promise to.
And after all that's been said and done,
You're just the part of me I can't let go.

I'd Rather Blog @ 2:30AM
than write my midterm paper. which is worth 30% of my final grade. i'm soo smart -.-;
Something recently reminded me of Nujabes! So I youtubed some of his songs again and I really really like Luv (Sic) Part 2...this one part in particular that goes:
C'est la vie, as they say. L-O-V-E, evidently
See every song has a sequel
Never same, everything but the name
All fresh, just like back then
How we do, everyday
C'est la vie, as they say. L-O-V-E, eloquently
See every dream has a part two
Never same, you got to keep it tight
All fresh, just like back then
Now hear me out.
Makes me wanna rap xD and brings back bittersweet memories of Summer.
I'd relive Summer 2010 all over again if I could. Actually, I'd relive my whole life over again if I could. Mad fun! No regrets. Everything was worth it in the end if it meant I'd end up where I am now.
It's amazing how much one person can influence you, even if you'd only known them for an unfortunately brief period in life.

Party. Karamu. Fiesta. Forever~
I'm addicted to ktv, ahh!! and I've developed an insatiable liking for bbq chicken wings..THEY'RE SOO GOOD =.=;
I saw The Social Network yesterday. It was aiight. But omg Andrew Garfield, the guy who played CFO Eduardo Saverin is mad good-looking ;D he's an American-British actor ;DD and he's gonna play Peter Parker in the 2012 Spiderman!! His parents run an interior design firm...I was once into interior/industrial design. That interest went nowhere lol. I also really liked Justin Timberlake as Sean Parker xD I could've just wiki'd Facebook and read the whole movie there but I guess the presence of good-looking guys made the movie worthwhile to watch haha
Adding to that list....today is one of my friend's aaand Jimmy Lin's birthday! Aww yeahh ;) he's mad old, 36 but whatever...HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZHONG TIAN QI/JIMMY LIN ^-^!!<3

Facebook isnt working! *panic* T_T
or maybe it's just my wifi... but that's not possible since here I am writing about this lol
I'M OBSESSED WITH MAROON 5! Listening to their newest album right now :) It's not as good as their previous two albums but still good. Ish. Actually I don't know but Adam Levine is really good-looking >_>;
I like Songs About Jane the best hehe. Junior high school <3 and and and I love Big Bang's version of This Love ^-^!
I need to catch up on my dramas. I always need to catch up =.=; I didnt make much progress on shows this Summer >_<; and when I did watch something... I was rewatching old stuff that I liked LOL.. I rewatched the first Pirates of the Caribbean for the 23948720592487nth time yesterday xD I'm sooo gonna get the medallion next time I go to Disneyland. And a pirate hat. With my name engraved on it :D
A couple updates on Asian Entertainment News:
Apparently Niki Chow used to go out with Kevin Cheng?! Jimmy Lin has a son! & is training him to become a professional race car driver too! Umm. I dont know where DBSK is anymore T_T; and I think Fahrenheit is probably out somewhere doing more promotions on...stuff and filming shiz idk. I think I stopped caring about these things a while back... as you can probably tell from my several previous posts haha yeah.
Sorry for the randomness/irrelevance/lack of practicality in life. But it's my blog, so deal with it. LOL just kidding. Ookay bye.

untitled.
I cant will myself to sleep. I was looking through pictures of China earlier from this year and reminiscing what it was like to be surrounded by cousins, aunts, uncles, mom, bro, granny 24/7... :( I miss that feeling of family. I wonder how many people out there dont even have family to miss right now. Why is life so depressing? By life I mean reality. Go to college, get a degree. Go to grad school. Get a better degree. Find a job. Get bored of job. Find a significant other. Get bored of each other. Have kids. Relive your life thru them. Grow old, retire, and yeah.. Nevermind, we're all too caught up in our own lives, seeking out excitement and fun things, to ponder pointless philosophical phenoms like this. OH WELL! Life shall go on. And I, too, shall busy myself with quests for fun adventures in this world that provide me with the temporary illusion that I'm happy and content with my life as is.
I signed onto QQ in an attempt to communicate with my cousin. Yeah, fail. I have no idea how to work this thing. And everything's in chinese, which theoretically speaking, I should be able to read... except as usual, things learnt in a classroom tend to be useless in real life. Somehow "formal mandarin" doesnt translate well in technology.
I dont get how ppl expect college students to be able to attend class, hold a job, be involved in clubs/sports, and still do all the homework and endless readings, while managing a social life, time to eat and sleep, and various other miscellaneous things that come up every now and then like laundry and your great aunt from Hong Kong who decided to spontaneously drop by for a surprise visit. Clearly, society regards the youth of today as superhuman beings (while at the same time calling us lazy, spoiled, and reluctant to grow up -- refer to NYTimes article, "What Is It About 20-Somethings?" http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/22/magazine/22Adulthood-t.html) who are capable of anything so long as we think we can do it, anything is possible! Commence development of insane time management skills.
...I should go to sleep. I have a lunch date with a holocaust survivor scheduled to take place in about nine and a half hours. :)
